This agreement describes the conditions and rules under which PDFtools.bot ("we", "our", "us") offers you its services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by PDFtools.bot's operators, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any litigation relating to this agreement may only be brought in, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of, the courts of that jurisdiction.
- Use of the PDFtools.bot service is at your own risk. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- You bear full responsibility for any data, files, or content transmitted to PDFtools.bot servers. You warrant that you have the legal right to process any files you upload.
- You agree not to use the PDFtools.bot service to upload, process, or transmit any illegal materials, copyrighted content without authorization, or content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- You agree not to use the PDFtools.bot service for any malicious, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: attempting to overload or disrupt our servers, using automated systems to abuse the service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users' access to the service.
- You agree not to integrate the PDFtools.bot service into your own or third-party applications, websites, or services without explicit written permission from us.
- You may use the PDFtools.bot service for any lawful purpose, whether personal or commercial, subject to these terms.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time, with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- The PDFtools.bot service is provided without any guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Privacy Policy
At PDFtools.bot, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
- Submitted data and generated files are kept only for a maximum of 24 hours and then permanently deleted from our servers. Uploaded files are deleted after 1 hour, and processed output files are deleted after 24 hours.
- Submitted data and generated files will not be shared, accessed, or used by our company for any purpose other than providing the service, except if required by law enforcement authorities or as required by law.
- In order to improve the quality and performance of the PDFtools.bot service, we may collect and analyze metadata of your requests, such as file sizes, processing times, and error rates. This metadata does not include the actual content of your files.
- We use cookies and similar technologies for statistical purposes, service functionality, and to improve user experience. By using this site, you consent to our use of cookies.
- We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that collect data and use cookies for ad personalization and measurement. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use our services at your own risk.
